Since joining TSP, Abigail has carried out over 800 professional and agency instructions on behalf of charities including Centrepoint, Shaw Trust, YMCA Training and We Are With You.
Jonathan Vanstone-Walker
MRICS and Registered Valuer – Managing Director
Jonathan is Managing Director at TSP and is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. He has 15 years of experience and specialises in providing strategic advice to clients, with a focus on asset management and relocations. FAQ's
How long is the commitment for?The minimum commitment is a month. The contract can be terminated at any time on one months’ notice.
Do I have a dedicated point of contact?At the commencement, you will be assigned a surveyor who will be your dedicated point of contact at TSP.
What happens when I go over my package hours?Our surveyors will track your usage and will let you know when your hours have been used each month. If you still require our assistance, we log additional time spent on your portfolio; these hours are charged on an hourly basis and added to your next monthly payment.
Our surveyors will regularly monitor your usage and can adapt the monthly fee to suit your requirements. Our clients find this reduces the opportunity for large invoices.
What if I don’t use my package hours?If you don’t use your package hours, they get rolled over as credit. They can be used at anytime during the financial year, whilst you remain in contract.
We have a property team but might need assistance for short term projects when capacity is reached in our team, can we sign up to this service?We understand that charities property requirements are continually changing. Therefore, this service is on a month by month agreement to assist with those shorter term requirements. Our surveyors are also available on an hourly basis for ad hoc assistance.
How do I pay?At the commencement of the contract, we will set you up on a direct debit so you don’t have to process invoices monthly.
